Michael Chesterman
UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist
Accompanying you to build emotional, mental, and or spiritual resilience.
WELCOME!
I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist that enjoys inviting nature and the ecological into sessions as a therapeutic tool. I recognize that your identity is shaped by culture and lived experiences and have had an impact on what shaped you. Though my Christian worldview informs me, with 12+ years in cross cultural settings, I journey alongside people of all beliefs without imposition. Indoors/outdoors/online, we co-create your journey, at your pace, with curiosity and respect.
